NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve an <br />18.7-foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.O1E (Pre-Existing Setbacks) to allow the principal <br />structure to encroach into the required front yard setback with the following conditions: <br />1. The proposed addition must not extend toward the front property line more than <br />22 feet from the existing building line. <br />2. The existing accessory building will be removed upon the completion of the new <br />attached garage. <br />3. The variance shall expire within 6 months of the approval date if a building <br />permit is not issued for the respective site pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Bakeman, Boerigter, and Doherty; <br />And none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
