REQUEST FOR PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />D�1TE: 12/06/06 <br />ITEM NO: 5b <br />Department r�pproval: r�genda Section: <br />TP PUBLIC HEARING <br />Item Descripuon: Request by Twin Cities Co-Op Federal Credit L'nion in conjunction with <br />Denny's Realry, for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow the <br />addition of a drive-thru banking facility as a component of the <br />redevelopment project for 1880 Perimeter Drive (PF3799). <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br />l.l Twin Cities Co-Op Federal Credit Union seeks approval of a CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT to allow the addition of a drive-thru banking facility as a component of their <br />plans to redevelop the Denny's restaurant site and 1880 Perimeter Drive. <br />1.2 The conditional use permit process for this request allows the City to consider <br />compatibility with adjoining properties; impacts on traffic, public facilities, and property <br />values; impact on the general health, safety, and public welfare; and compatibility with <br />the City's comprehensive plan.
