Due consideration shall be given to the aesthetic 40 <br />impacts of the nature of outdoor storage and necessary screening on the surrounding 41 <br />properties.42 <br /> Equipment and goods:Greater setbacks shall be considered for pressurized canisters or 43 <br />potentially explosive goods. Equipment and goods shall be screenedby screen wall or fence at 44 <br />least 6 feet in height and at least 95% opaque. Equipment available for rent may bedisplayed 45 <br />without screening in an area not exceedin g 10% of the screened outdoor storage area.46 <br /> Inoperable/outofservicevehicle s or equipment: All vehiclesorequipmentwhichareinoperable 47 <br />or unused for morethan 72 hoursshallbescreened by screen wall or fence at least 6 feet in 48 <br />height and at least 95% opaque. 49 <br />$WWDFKPHQW% <br />3DJHRI
