2.2 The proposal would attempt to preserve all mature trees where possible. The relocation <br />of an existing sanitary sewer line, construction of the units, and grading of the site will <br />eliminate a number of the trees. <br />2.3 As indicated, this proposal would use the PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT process, <br />which allows flexibility, optimal use of the property, and an architectural design that <br />attempts to be compatible with the adjacent neighborhood.
