WHEREAS, the City Planner has concluded that "hardships" are present and support can <br />be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville C�ity Code if certain conditions <br />identified below are met; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a <br />16- foot VARIANCE to § 1004.016 (Minimum Building Setback) of the Roseville City Code <br />allowing the construction of a living area addition on the rear of the home, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The addition must not be located closer than 14 feet from the rear (north) property <br />line. <br />2. Total impervious area on the lot shall not exceed 4,989 square feet (i.e., 30% of <br />the lot area). <br />3. The variance shall expire within 6 months of its approval if a building permit is <br />not issued pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Bakeman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Bakeman, Boerigter, and Doherty; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
