EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 2°d day of August, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Chair Bakeman and Members Boerigter and <br />Doherty. <br />Variance Board Chair Bakeman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 42 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1005 AND §1012 OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR CROIX OIL COMPANY, 2151 DALE STREET <br />(PF3783) <br />WHEREAS, the Croix Oil Company has requested VARIANCES to §1005 (Business <br />Districts) and § 1012 (General Requirements) to allow for the replacement of the existing pylon <br />in a non-conforming location; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 2151 Dale Street, and legally described as: <br />THAT PART OF THE NORTH QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE <br />NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23, DESCRIBED <br />AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION <br />14; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE THEREOF A DISTANCE OF 210 <br />FEET; THENCE AT A RIGHT ANGLE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 225 FEET; THENCE <br />AT A RIGHT ANGLE EAST A DISTANCE OF 210 FEET TO THE EAST LINE <br />THEREOF; THENCE AT A RIGHT ANGLE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE <br />THEREOF A DISTANCE OF 225 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />PIN: 14-29-23-11-0001 <br />_., <br />1-.� <br />
