REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />Dr,TE: 10/09/06 <br />ITEM NO: 3.i <br />Department �pproval: City Manager Approval rlgenda Secrion: <br />TP/JS (�C�N� PUBLIC HEARING <br />Item Description: Request by Sue & Richard Stafne, 156 Woodlynn, for a MINOR <br />SUBDIVDISION to create a vacant developable parcel (PF3786). <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1.1 The Stafne's seek approval of a MINOR SUBDIVISION consistent with § 1104.04E <br />(Three Parcel Minor Subdivision) to divide their current .67 acre parcel into two parcels — <br />one to include the existing home and the other a vacant developable single family <br />residential parcel. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />• Application Submitted: August 18, 2006 <br />• Determined Complete: September 14, 2006 <br />• 60 Day Review Deadline: November 13, 2006 <br />• Project Report Recommendation: October 4, 2006 <br />• City Council Action: October 9, 2006 <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATION: <br />2.1 The Community Development Department recommends approval of the Stafne MINOR <br />SUBDIVISION allowing the creation of 1 new buildable parcel and 1 parcel to include <br />the existing Stafne house, subject to conditions. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />3.1 BY MOTION, RECOMMEND APPROVAL of the MINOR SUBDIVISION at 156 <br />Woodlynn Avenue, subject to conditions (see Section 7 for detailed action). <br />PF3786_RCA_100906 - Page 1 of 4 <br />
