If we receive letters, phone calls, or emails from each of these five households in support of your proposal, the required 10-day appeal period following the decision of the Development Review Committee (DRC) may l�e waived; if the DRC approves the setback permit, the building inspector may then issue the building permit as soon as the building permit application has been approved. I've included a Setback Permit application with this letter; please complete the application as soon as possible and send it with the application fee payment (a check payable to the City of Roseville is fine) to my attention at the City Hall address below. You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review Committee's Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, October Sth, 2006 at 3:30 p.m. in the Roseville City Hall Hawthorne Room — in the lower level, by the Engineering Department. David Battisto,1756 Chatsworth Street, seeks approval of a 2-foot SIDE YARD SETBACK PERIVIIT to allow his proposed new garage to be located 3 feet from the (south) side lot line. Under the proposal, the existing attached garage and breezeway would be removed and a new detached garage would be built so that it is in line with the front of the house and would extend a couple of feet beyond the rear of the house. The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the proposal in writing and/or at the above mentioned meeting.
