The Twin Lakes West plan includes the <br />following: <br />■ Redeveloping and remediation of 58 acres of under-utilized and contaminated properties <br />within the City. <br />• Creating a 300 foot (average} open space buffer to protect and enhance the puvlic enjo}mient <br />of Langton Lake. <br />■ Designing a livable campus setting with opportunities for work and play, including mixed- <br />use buildings with first floor office/commercial uses. <br />■ Providing a minimum of 240 senior housing units - allowing residents to stay in Roseville <br />with opportunities to inove out of single family homes. <br />
