("Rottlund") <br />has sufficient control of and a contractual interest in the Twin Lakes West project area properties <br />to which our applications for General Concept PUD, Rezoning, Prelin7inary Subdivision Plat and <br />Public Easement and Right of Way Vacation apply. <br />2680-2690 Prior Avenue North: Rottlund entered into a binding Purchase and Sale Agreement <br />for the aforementioned property with PIK Terminal Company and Pikovsky Management, LLC <br />("PIK") on June 25, 2004 ("PIK Agreement"), which has since been ainended by the parties on <br />more than one occasion.
