Stark: <br />The purpose of this letter is to provide evidence that T`he Rottllmd Company, Inc. ("Rottlund") <br />has sufficient control of and a contraetual interest in the Twii1 Lakes West project area properties <br />to which our applications for General Concept PliD, Rezoning, Preliminary Subdivision Plat and <br />Public Easement and Right of Way Vacation apply. <br />2680-2690 Prior Avenue North: Rottlund entered into a binding Purchase and Sale Agreement <br />for the aforementioned property with PTK Terminal Company and Pikovsky 1�'Ianagement, LLC <br />("PIK") on June 25, 2004 ("PIK Agreement"), which has since been amended by the parties on <br />more than one occasion.
