Additional <br />grading/drainage design work still required and must be approved by the Rice Creek <br />Watershed and the City Engineer. <br />4.6 On November 13, 2006, the Roseville City Council tabled acrion of the Mueller <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT request to allow time to consider the merits of an Interim <br />Ordinance (moratorium). r'1t that same meeting the Council extended the 60-da�� review <br />deadline an addirional 60-days from December 12 to February 10, 2007. On January 8, 2007 <br />the City Council adopted a 90 Interim Ordinance. However, an Interim Ordinance may not <br />extend the time deadline for agency action set forth under section 15.99 with respect to any <br />applicarion filed prior to the effecrive date of the Interim Ordinance.
