The proposal complies with all Code <br />requirements and DOES NOT require Comprehensive Land Use Map designation <br />amendment or a rezoning. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />■ Application Submitted: October 9, 2006. <br />■ Determined Complete: October 13, 2006. <br />■ 60-Day Review Deadline: December 12, 2006. <br />■ 60-Day Review Extension: November 13 (from 12/12/06 to 02/10/07). <br />■ Project Report Recommendation: November 1, 2006. <br />■ Planning Commission Action: (6-0) Approval Recommendation, 11/O1/06. <br />■ City Council Action: November 13, 2006. <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATION: <br />2.1 On November 1, 2006, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing <br />regarding the Mueller request. The Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of <br />the PRELIMINARY PLAT, subject to conditions.
