<br />4. The construction of the four-story office building as proposed will not have an adverse <br />impact on the general public health, safety and welfare. <br /> <br />5. A revised development plan submittal will be required for review and approval by staff and <br />is necessary prior to the completion of the PUD Agreement and final consideration by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Based on the findings outlined above, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />request to amend the PUD #1224 to allow the design and construction of a four-story office/radio <br />building totaling 40,000 square feet and a single story parking deck with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The site must be developed in accordance with the staff corrected plans submitted and <br />approved in conjunction with the request for an amendment to the approved planned unit <br />development (site plan; grading, drainage, erosion control, & utilities plan; concept <br />landscape plan; building floor plan; and exterior building elevations all dated 08/26/99). <br />Minor variations from the approved site plan may be approved by the City's Development <br />Review Committee, under the direction of the Community Development Director. However, <br />any substantial departures from the approved site plan will require another amendment to the <br />planned unit development. <br /> <br />2. Final grading, storm sewer, and utility plans must be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Engineer/Public Works Director. Rice Creek Watershed District shall review and comment <br />on the proposed grading/drainage plan. <br /> <br />3. A final landscape plan must be submitted to the City Landscape Architect for review and <br />approval. <br /> <br />4. The erosion control plan must be submitted in conjunction with site development plan. <br /> <br />5. The building design and materials must be consistent with the neighborhood, PUD, and <br />College nearby buildings. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, hereby approves the concept of the <br />PUD amendment for Northwestern College as stated above and with the findings and conditions as <br />recommended by the Planning Commission (listed above) on September 8, 1999. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dilly seconded by Council <br />Member Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Wiski <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Resolution #9687, Northwester College (PF3144) Page 2 of 3 <br />
