He indicated that Interim Citv Mana�er Pat Trud�eon was able to be <br />present for only the be ig�nnin� of the meetin�, and he felt he should be present for that a eg nda <br />item. <br />Commissioner Groff moved and Commissioner Thao seconded a motion to approve the agenda <br />as amended. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Swearing in of Sarah Thomas as Youth Commissioner <br />Chair Grefenberg administered the Oath of Office to newly-a��ointed Youth Commissioner <br />Sarah Thomas. <br />Committee & Chair Reports <br />36 Chair's Report <br />37 Reassessing & Revising our Standard Operational Procedures: Chair Grefenberg distributed <br />38 a written Chair's Report to the Commission. He indicated several signi�cant issues had arisen <br />39 within the last few weeks subsequent to the recent resignation of Commission Doneen, and felt it <br />40 was necessar_y that he report to the full Commission on certain actions he had talcen over the past <br />41 few weeks. , <br />42 . Grefenber� <br />45 said that these recent issues revolved around how the Commission handled its worlcload and how <br />46 our operations have evolved over the last two .� <br />47 <br />
