Commission Groff volunteered to attend this future meetin�. <br />191 <br />192 Chair Grefenberg recommended the youth commissioners meet this summer to discuss the <br />193 planning for fall youth programs and activities and report back to the Commission at a future <br />194 meeting. <br />195 <br />196 Commissioner Thao recommended the goals and objectives of the HRC be placed on a calendar <br />l97 to assist with achieving goals in a more timely manner throughout the year. Youth <br />198 Commissioner Siliciano �� suggested a shared Google calendar be an option. <br />199 <br />20o Chair's Report (Continued) <br />201 Appointment to Operations Committee: Grefenberg reported that he had asl{ed Wayne Groff <br />202 to serve on the Operations Carnmittee and he had accepted. <br />203 <br />204 July lOt'' Deadline for Applying for Commission Vacancy: Chair Grefenberg encouraged <br />205 HRC members to pursue interested individuals to apply for the Commission vacancy.
