<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />'It <br /> <br />'It <br /> <br />'It <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />'It <br /> <br />'It <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />'It <br /> <br />'It <br /> <br />'It <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 27th day of September 1999, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke and the following <br />were absent: Wall <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9693 <br />Resolution Approving a Conditional Use Permit <br />at 3104 Fairview Avenue <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Dave Seaberg has requested consideration of an 8 foot by 26 foot (208 <br />square feet) addition to his existing accessory building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current accessory building, located in the rear yard of property located at <br />3104 Fairview Avenue, is 780 square feet and upon completion of the addition will have a gross <br />size of 989 square feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A(I) of the Roseville City Code requires a conditional use <br />permit for accessory structures totaling between 865 and 1008 square feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Seaberg has applied for a conditional use permit to allow construction of <br />the 8 foot by 26 foot (208 square feet) addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City interprets the Code to allow the existing attached 8 foot by 12 foot (96 <br />square feet) structure (east side) as a separate shed with a separate entrance, in a pre-existing <br />condition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the request <br />on Wednesday, September 15, 1999, and recommended (6-0) approval of the requested <br />conditional use permit; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit to <br />allow construction of an additional 208 square feet accessory building space onto an existing 780 <br />square foot accessory building, for property located at 3104 Fairview Avenue be approved, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />Page 10f2 <br />
