<br />1. There will be no additional driveway surface installed as a part of this development <br />proposal. <br /> <br />2. All roof drainage, new and existing, must be collected and channeled to the natural <br />drainage way within the applicant's property by gutters or other method approved by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />3. The exterior of the new addition must be constructed with materials that match the <br />materials on the existing accessory building. <br /> <br />4. Because of the size of the total structure once the addition is complete (987.88 sJ.) no <br />other accessory building or tool shed( s) shall be permitted on the property, unless by <br />approval of a variance. <br /> <br />5. The maximum height shall be 15 feet as measured from mid roof peak. <br /> <br />6. Prior to issuance of a building permit, and within 60 days after approval of the <br />conditional use permit, the applicant must record the conditional use permit with the <br />Ramsey County Recorder. This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after <br />approval if a building permit has not been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, <br />Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Q:\Planning Files\3147 _Seaberg.
