Draft minutes of the public <br />� oo hearing are included with this report as Attachment E. <br />101 $.O RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 5-7 of this report, the Planning <br />� o:� Division supports the recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve the <br />� oa proposed accessory building as a cotvDtT�otvAL uSE, subject to the following conditions: <br />� os a. The footprint of the accessory structure shall not exceed 1,008 square feet, and <br />� 06 pursuant to § 1004.01 A 10 (Accessory Building Height), its wall height shall not <br />� o � exceed 9 feet and its overall height shall be limited to 15 feet, as measured to the <br />� o� midpoint of the slope of the roof; <br />� o� b. No additional accessory buildings shall be allowed on the property; <br />� � o c. If the proposed building is, in the future, used in such a way that a driveway <br />�� � would be required pursuant to § 1004.01 A 13 of the City Code, an approved <br />� � 2 driveway shall be installed at that time, and such driveway installation shall not <br />113 cause the total impervious coverage to exceed 30% of the total lot area (about <br />� � a 10,680 square feet); and <br />�� 5 d.
