SET UP <br />SET-UP: Friday, February 19 (Gymnasium 1:00 - S:OOpm) (Solarium 4:00 - 6:OOpm); <br />Saturday, February 20 (Gymnasium & Solarium 7:00-8:45am) <br />TAKE-DOWN: Saturday, February 20 by Spm <br />EVENT TIME: 9:OOam - 3:OOpm <br />Exhibitors must remain at the Fair on the 20th until closing (3:OOpm), and should not disassemble their <br />booths or leave before that time. If your booth is disassembled prior to the close of the show, you will <br />not be able to register in the early bird registration process for the next year. <br />PARKING <br />You may unload your exhibit material either through the front or rear double doors. As parking is at a <br />premium during the hours of the Fair, you must aark vour vehicle in the Corous Christi Church uarkin¢ <br />lot after unloadin¢. If you have parked in the front parking lot, you will be asked to move your vehicle <br />during the show. <br />EXHIBITORS ONLY <br />EXHIBITOR LOUNGE: We will have an Exhibitor Lounge so that you will have a place to take a break <br />during the day. We will also provide Exhibitors with a coupon for a free cup of coffee from our food <br />vendor, Creative Catering (located in the Solarium). <br />DOOR PRIZES: We will have a drewin¢ for exhibitor door orizes in the Gvmnasium at 2:45 o.m.. <br />including a certificate for a free booth at next year's fair.
