Bryan Lloyd
From: Wong, Ron M [ron.wong@delta.com]
Sent: Friday, March 19, 2010 1:37 PM
To: Bryan Lloyd
Subject: Re: City Council meeting for T4C
Hi Bryan,
^
we're continuing to prepare for Monday's meeting and have reviewed the revised staff report.
The report is written clearly and we don't have any questions on it at this time.
Regarding the Planning Commission, I looked for their member's contact information at the
city website, but only found a general comment submittal link. Might you have their contact
information?
Thanks and I'll see you Monday. Have a great weekend.
Ron
Sent from my B1ackBerry wireless device
----- Original Message -----
From: Bryan Lloyd <bryan.11oyd@ci.roseville.mn.us>
To: Wong, Ron M
Sent: Wed Mar 17 16:11:59 2010
Subject: RE: City Council meeting for 74C
Sorry for the delay, Ron. I was putting off my response until I received the draft minutes
from the March 3rd Planning Commission meeting, and they just came this afternoon.
You asked how staff would be communicating the Planning Commission's thoughts to the Council:
inclusion of the draft minutes is part of the answer. The other part of the answer, as you'll
see in the staff report, is that we tried to respond to some of what we perceived to be the
more significant topics that the Commissioners discussed. And, while the City Council meeting
won't technically be a"public hearing" like the Planning Commission meeting, the format of
the meeting is similar and I think you can be reasonably confident that the Council will give
you an opportunity to speak.
If you do want to meet on Friday, I'll certainly be available but Thomas' schedule is harder
to pin down. We can make more definite plans as you see fit.
And finally: I've so far forgotten to thank you for pointing out the fact that the previous
staff report quoted the wrong section of the Comprehensive Plan. I would have continued to
overlook the mistake, but I was able to correct it as a result of your mention of it.
If we don't talk sooner, I'll plan to see you on Monday.
Bryan Lloyd
Associate City Planner
City of Roseville
651-792-7073
bryan.11oyd@ci.roseville.mn.us
-----Original Message-----
From: Wong, Ron M [mailto:ron.wong@delta.com]
