� (F — Letter — Abatement Notice) <br />Re: Case # <br />This correspondence is in regards to ongoing public nuisance violations on the above <br />referenced property. Our records indicate that it is owned by you. Because these <br />violations have not been corrected, the City of Roseville intends to hold a public hearing <br />before City Council to discuss a possible City abatement. <br />On notices were sent to you (the property owner on record) identifying public <br />nuisance violations and requesting your property be brought into compliance. No <br />response was received from you and an inspection on revealed that none of <br />the violations have been corrected. These ongoing violations include: <br />--� Therefore, this matter will be discussed at a public hearing before Roseville's City <br />Council. At this public hearing, the Community Development Department will request <br />authority from the City Council to perform a City abatement and contract with private <br />companies to have all violations corrected. This would entail the expenditure of funds for <br />which you, as the property owner, would be responsible to repay. <br />This public hearing has been scheduled for the City Council meeting. City <br />Council meetings are held in the City Council Chambers located at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive and begin at 6:00 p.m. I encourage you to attend this meeting. You will be given <br />the opportunity to speak.
