SS ll 3 <br />Dear Karen, <br />3-23-10 <br />To the best of my knowledge Mr. Roy Bauer is not a licensed contractor, plumber or <br />electrician. State law allows Mr. Bauer to do work only on his "owner occupied" unit. If <br />work being done inside his unit requires a permit, he himself can only obtain a permit to <br />do that work if it is his residence. If he does not live on site, he must have a licensed <br />person obtain the permit and do the work.
