--� — <br />Attachment E <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board <br />of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 7`" day of April <br />2010 at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Members <br />Variance Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 87 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO §1004 (RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PETER ANDERSON, 1830 <br />OXFORD STREET (PF10-009) <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Anderson has requested a vAR1ANCE to § 1004 (Residence <br />Districts) of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1830 Oxford Street, and legally <br />described as: <br />Schreiber Addition Plat 2, subject to drainage easement, Lot 15 Block 1 <br />PIN: 14-29-23-32-0045 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residential Setbacks) requires a principal <br />structure setback of 30 feet from the front property line; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Anderson seeks to construct an open front porch extending 7 <br />feet into the require front yard setback; and <br />WHEREAS, the Variance Board has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />approve a vAx�ANCE to Section 1017.16 of the City Code, subject to the following <br />condition: <br />The proposed addition shall be consistent in size and location with the site <br />plan included with this staff report as Attachment D. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, Members voted in favar; <br />and voted against; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
