If any <br />additional SAC charges are due to Met Council, they will be collected on the <br />building permit. <br />5. Please note that a separate sign permit is required for any exterior signage. <br />6. Please note separate permits are required for: electrical, heating/ventilation, <br />plumbing and sprinkler work. <br />The building permit for this project cannot be issued until each of the above issues has <br />been addressed.
