EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 8th day of November 1999, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall, and the following members were absent: Maschka Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 9706 Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision at 2245 Acorn Road WHEREAS, Ed Emerson has requested a minor subdivision of his parcel located at 2245 Acorn Road for the purpose of creating two single family residential lots; and WHEREAS, Section 1l04.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, described as follows: (all bearings in this description being based on the South line of said Southeast Quarter as an East and West line): Commencing at a point 33 feet North of the South line and 1221.63 feet West of the East line of Section 8, thence North 8 minutes West 825 feet to the point of beginning of the tract being described; thence East 333.95 feet; thence North 13 degrees 45 minutes East 241.97 feet; thence West 392feet; thence South 8 minutes East 235 feet to the point of beginning, according to the U.S. Government Survey, Ramsey Co., Minnesota. (ID # 082923440014); and WHEREAS, said request will create two lots that meet all applicable requirements (width, depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that minor subdivision to create two residential lots, both meeting the applicable R-1, Single Family Residential District requirements, for property located at 2245 Acorn Road be approved, subject to the following conditions: A. A revised survey shall be presented to staff for approval, indicating all existing site conditions, including sanitary sewer and watermain. B. The two lot minor subdivision shall be recorded within 60 days from the approval of the City Council. Page lof2
