EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 10th day of January 2000, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn And the following was absent: Goedeke Council Member Kysylyczyn introduced'the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution 9730 Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision at 2121 County Road "B" WHEREAS, Joel and Phyllis Dillner have requested a minor subdivision of their parcel located at 2121 County Road "B" (mailing address of 2192 Acorn Road) for the purpose of creating three single family residential parcels; and WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23 West, according to the government survey thereof, described as follows: All bearings in this description being based on the South line of said Southeast Quarter as an East and West line. Commencing at a point 33 feet North of the South line and 499.63 feet West of the East line of said Section 8; thence North 0 degrees 08 minutes West 190 feet; thence West 380 feet; thence south 0 ,degrees 08 minutes East 190 feet; thence East 380 feet to the point of beginning. (PID #082923440020); and WHEREAS, said request will create three parcels that meet all applicable requirements (width, depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, Parcel B will contain the existing home, which parcel meets all applicable codes; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that minor subdivision to create three (3) residential parcels, all meeting the applicable R -1, Single Family Residential District requirements, for property located at 2121 County Road "B" (mailing addressed of 2192 Acorn Road) subject to the following conditions: Page 1 of 2
