EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 24th day of January, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke Wiski & Kysylyczyn, and the following members were absent: none. Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9735 RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASmILITY REPORTS ON 2000 IMPROVEMENTS AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted September 13, 1999, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: P-OQ-02 Neighborhood 32 Neighborhood 34 Neighborhood 35 Neighborhood 36 Chatsworth Street, Lovell A venue to Grandview Avenue Lovell A venue, Cul-de-sac to Chatsworth Street St. Albans Street, County Road B2 to Dale Street Grandview A venue, Victoria Street to St. Albans Street Cope Avenue, Cul-de-sac to Grotto Street Grotto Street, Cope Avenue to Lovell Avenue Grotto Street, Grandview Avenue to County Road B2 St. Albans Street, Lovell A venue to County Road B2 Brooks Avenue, Cohansey Street to Western Avenue Irene Street, County Road B2 to Sextant Avenue Irene Court, Irene Street to Cul-de-sac Sextant Avenue, Cohansey Street to Irene Street 2. The Public Works Directors was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvements P-00-02, Neighborhoods 32, 34, 35 and 36.
