<br />2 <br /> <br />3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on <br />February 14, 2000, at 7:15 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the <br />proposed improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the <br /> <br />time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official <br />newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second <br />publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br />(see attachments). <br /> <br />5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Improvements <br />P-OQ-02, Neighborhoods 32, 34, 35 and 36 is determined to be as stated in the foregoing <br />notice, as fully as though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, <br />Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
