<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA

<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
<br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center
<br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of February, 2000, at 6:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wi ski, Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the
<br />following were absent: None.

<br />Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
<br />IMPROVEMENT P-00-02, NEIGHBORHOODS 32,34,35 and 36
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted January 24, 2000,
<br />fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-00-02, Neighborhoods 32, 34, 35, and 36, and;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that
<br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council
<br />held a public hearing on February 14,2000, to consider the proposed construction of Project
<br />P-00-02, Neighborhoods 32, 34, 35 and 36 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving,
<br />concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary
<br />appurtenances on all that property abutting:
