<br />2 <br /> <br />as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $940,260.26 and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now <br />on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and <br />financed and that all streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. <br />The City Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to <br />prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Maschka and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka <br />and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: None. <br />
