Required Changes Incorporated: The final plat shall have incorporated all changes or 140 <br />modifications required by the City Council; in all other respects it shall conform to the 141 <br />preliminary plat. It may constitute only that portion of the approved preliminary plat which the 142 <br />subdivider proposes to record and develop at the time, provided that such portion conforms with 143 <br />all the requirements of this Title. The City Council shall act upon a final plat application within 145 <br />120 days of the submission of a completed application. If the final plat is approved, the subdivider shall record said plat with the 148 <br />County Recorder within one year after the date of approval and prior to the issuance of any 149 <br />building permit; otherwise, the approval of the final plat shall be considered void.
