Extract Of Minutes Of Meeting Of The City Council Of The City Of Roseville Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of March, 2000, at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 9758 Resolution Approving a Conditional Use Permit for Midland Hills Country Club, 2001 Fulham Street (PFJ178) WHEREAS, Section 1004.02C of the Roseville City Code allows country clubs as a permitted conditional use in an R-1, Single Family Residential District; and WHEREAS, Section 10l3.OlD of the Roseville City Code identifies the criteria for considering approval of conditional use permits; and WHEREAS, Midland Hills Country Club has requested an conditional use permit to allow the construction of a 37,5000 square foot clubhouse in the general proximity of the existing 1952 clubhouse; and WHEREAS, Midland Hills Country Club is addresses as 2001 Fulliam Street and legally described as: The property is located at 2001 Fulham Street North and is legally described as: Section 17, Township 29, Range 23, vac roads and alleys accuring fol: W 100 ft. of L7 Fairways Sub.
