<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a new clubhouse at <br />Midland Hills Country Club, 200l Fulham Street, is hereby approved conditioned upon the <br />above referenced conditions (4-22). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and K ysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Council Member Wiski excused himself from the meeting, declaring a potential conflict of <br />interest due to a social membership at the Club. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted on the 27th <br />day of March, 2000. <br /> <br />5 <br />
