HRA Meeting <br />Minutes – Tuesday, July 16, 2013 <br />Page 7 <br />1 <br />At the request of Chair Maschka, Ms. Kelsey provided an update on this project, with RFP’s <br />2 <br />anticipated for authorization by the HRA at their August meeting, review in September, <br />3 <br />continued review by HRA committee and subsequent invitation of finalists at a joint meeting <br />4 <br />of the HRA/City Council to hear their presentations in October of 2013; with additional <br />5 <br />research and background due diligence performed by staff; with additional discussion <br />6 <br />anticipated in November of 2013 prior to selection of a development firm by jointly by the two <br />7 <br />bodies; and anticipated drafting of a Development Agreement in December of 2013/January of <br />8 <br />2014; with action anticipated in January of 2014 on that Agreement, depending on the number <br />9 <br />and quality of RFP’s returned. <br />10 <br />11 <br />11.
