PF13-010_RCA_081913.doc <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />7.0 R ECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 4 – 6 of this report, the <br />Planning Division concurs with the reco mmendation of the Planning Commission to <br />approve the proposed INTERIM USE , subject to the following conditions: <br />a. The applicants shall continue to work with City staff to address storm water concerns <br />according to the plan developed in consultation with the City Engineer; and <br />b.
