NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE 32 <br />the proposed t emporary classroom facility as an INTERIM U SE in accordance with Section 33 <br />§1009.03 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions: 34 <br />a. The applicants shall co ntinue to work with City staff to address storm water concerns 35 <br />according to the plan developed in co n sultation with the City Engineer ; and 36 <br />b. The approval shall expire, and the temporary classroom structure , along with all 37 <br />footings and appurtenances, shall be removed, by 11:59 p.m. on August 31, 2016 or 38 <br />upon the relocation of H IH off of the property, whichever comes first. 39 <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, that representatives 40 <br />of the property owner and the applicant shall sign the form attached to this resolution to 41 <br />acknowledge that each has received, reviewed, and understood the terms and conditions of the 42 <br />approval and agrees to abide by said terms and conditions prior to commencement of the 43 <br />commercial greenhouse activity . 44 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council 45 <br />Member _______ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: __________; 46 <br />and _______ voted against. 47 <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 48 <br />Attachment F <br />Page 2 of 4
