Ms. Bloom suggested <br />that low volume roads share the road for the `proposed Pathway Master Plan <br />(e.g. Millwood and Chatsworth) as a cost - savings measure through those <br />neighborhoods, but that on -road options be used for higher volume roads (e.g. <br />County Road C or C -2). <br />244 #15 Lexington Avenue (various segments as detailed <br />252 <br />Discussion ensued regarding available room between parking lots and the curb <br />253 <br />at Lexington Avenue; partial fencing to the south driveway; continued lack of <br />254 <br />support from Ramsey County over the last 5 -8 years in finding a solution; and <br />255 <br />their lack of support for either a crosswalk at Dionne or a dedicated turn lane, <br />256 <br />again recognizing that Lexington Avenue is under Ramsey County's <br />257 <br />jurisdiction. <br />258 <br />259 <br />Ms. Bloom noted that Ramsey County was cooperative with the City in many <br />260 <br />other areas; however, one of the major concerns with this was the close <br />261 <br />proximity of Dionne to the major intersection at Lexington and Larpenteur <br />Page 6 of 11 <br />
