Consider approving Reservoir Woods Access Permit with the Saint Paul <br /> Board of Water Commissioners <br /> Councilmember McGehee expressed her distress that the City was unable to ne- <br /> gotiate the equivalent of a conditional use permit for long-term access at this park, <br /> without it being subject to a 90-day termination clause. Councilmember McGe- <br /> hee noted how unpleasant it would be to lose that trail, as discussed at length by <br /> the Parks & Recreation Commission. <br />
