(Plan 1 does not reduce pedestrian-vehicle safety) <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a 24.5 foot variance to Section <br />1004.02D5 (Minimum Yard Requirements) allowing construction of a detached two stall garage 5.5 <br />feet from the front yard property line adjacent Eldridge Avenue, for property located at 2125 Dale <br />Street North (pID # 142923110081) be approved, based on the findings of hardship and unique <br />circumstances ofthe property and subject to no parking in the driveway. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Wiski, Mastel, <br />and Maschka; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: Mayor Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Page 2 of2 <br />
