<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized to execute all documents, on behalf of the City of Roseville, pertaining to <br />the US Environmental Protection Agency Brownfield Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Maschka and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, <br />Wiski, Mastel, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Q:\EPA\EPA_Grant\BCRLF Grant App\BCRLF Acceptance Resolution.doc <br />
