Approve Minutes of September 9, 2013 Meeting <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the September 9, 2013 Meeting <br /> Minutes as amended; and incorporating those suggested revisions submitted via e- <br /> mail by Councilmember McGehee,provided as a bench handout. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Etten; McGehee; Laliberte; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 7. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At <br /> the request of Mayor Roe, Interim City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly reviewed those <br /> items being considered under the Consent Agenda. <br /> a.
