<br />7 If granted, the variance will not impact the health, safety, or general welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a 2-1/2 foot variance to Section <br />1.012.02B2 (Yard & Open Space Requirements) allowing a 6-1/2 foot tall fence to be constructed <br />in the front yard for the property located at 2655 Sheldon Street (pID # 032923340089) be approved, <br />subject to: <br /> <br />1. A fence height of 6-1/2 feet. <br />2. The fence being located in the exact location as the white picked fence. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Goedeke, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Goedeke, Wiski, <br />Mastel, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />~ <br />
