<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 14,2000 at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />The City Manger presented to the Council the proposed 2000 assessment roll for the following projects: <br /> <br />P-99-02-19 <br /> <br />W oodlynn Avenue, South Owasso Boulevard to Farrington Court <br />Farrington Court, Cul-de-sac to Cul-de-sac <br /> <br />P-99-02-22 <br /> <br />Woodbridge Street, W oodlynn Avenue to South Owasso Boulevard <br />W oodlynn Avenue, Rice Street to Cul-de-sac <br /> <br />P-99-02-23 <br /> <br />Maple Lane Court, Western Avenue to Cul-de-sac <br />Woodbridge Street, South Owasso Boulevard to Maple Lane <br />Woodbridge Street, County Road C2 to County Road C <br />Marion Street, County Road C2 to County Road C <br />Galtier Street, Iona Lane to County Road C <br />Matilda Street, Iona Lane to County Road C <br />Iona Lane, Galtier Street to Woodbridge Street <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9798 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARINGS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, that the proposed 2000 assessment roll for <br />the following projects: P-99-02-19, P-99-02-22 and P-99-02-23, now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and <br />mail notices that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessments on September 11, 2000, at <br />the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The notices shall state the date, time, and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, <br />the area proposed to be assessed, the total amount of the proposed assessment, that the proposed <br />assessment roll is on file with the Manager, that written or oral objectives thereto by any property owner <br />will be considered, and shall contain such other provisions as may be required by law. The first <br />installment will be payable with interest at the rate of 7.5 percent per annum on the entire assessment <br />from the date of the resolution levying the same to December 31, 2001, and each subsequent installment <br />will be payable with one year's interest at said rate on all unpaid installments, except that no interest will <br />be charged if the entire assessment as to any parcel is paid at the office of the Treasurer within 30 days <br />from the adoption of the assessment roll. <br />
