<br />2 <br />It shall be published in the official newspaper of the City at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner <br />of each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. <br />For the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown as such on the <br />records of the County Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does not appear on such records <br />(other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earning basis) shall be deemed <br />to have waived such mailed notice unless he had requested in writing that the County Treasurer include <br />his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goedeke upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke and <br />Kysylyczyn, and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
