Site Name: Roseville City Hall <br />Attachment A <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br />Site ID #: MS59XC756 <br />This Amendtnent No. 1 to Lease Agreement (this "Ar�endment"}, effecti�e as of the date last signed below ("Effective <br />Date"), amends a certain Lease Agreement between Sprint Spectrum Reaity Company, L.P., ("Lessee") successor in interest to Sprint <br />Spectrum L.P., and City of Roseville, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("Owner"), dated September 15, 2003, (the "Agreement"). <br />WHEREAS, Lessee desires to modify its instailation on the property leased by Lessee {hereinafter, the "Site"} by <br />adding ar swapping out antennas and other eyuipment to the Antenna Facilities, as more particularly described in E�ibit B-1 annexed <br />hereto, and Lessee and Owner desire to modify the grovisions of the Agreement as provided below. <br />AGREEMENT <br />For good and �aluable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, Owner and Lessee agree as <br />follows: <br />1. Modi�cation to the Antenna Facilities. Exhibit B to the Agreement is hereby amended to include the modifications <br />identified on Exhibit B-1 a copy of which is attached and made a part hereof. �xhibit B-1 supplements Exhibit B ta the Agreement, <br />and shall not be deemed to st�persede or othenvise modify Exhibit B or any part thereof except to the extent specifically set forth in <br />Exhibit B-1. Upon full execution of this Amenciment, Lessee is permitted to do all work necessary to prepare, mauitain and alter the <br />Site to install or otherwise modiiy the Antenna Facilities, all as mare fully described and contemplated in E�a.ibit B-1 <br />2. Madification to Rent. As additional consiaeration for the modificarion and other rights set forth in this Amendment, starting <br />on the date that is 30 days after the start of construction of the modificafions to the Antenna Facilities, the montbly rent will be <br />increased by Four Hundred Dollars ($440.00) and shall be subject to the annual increase set fortl� in section 3(b) of the Agreement. <br />3.
