<br />5. The site plan, to be revised and submitted with the building permit application, at <br />maximum, may include only one 36 foot wide access to Dale Street and two 36 foot <br />wide accesses to County Road B. The site plan must indicate all utilities, gas lines and <br />tanks. Any roof top equipment must be screened. <br /> <br />6. The exterior building materials (color impregnated masonry) for the addition must be <br />consistent with Section 1010.02 of the City Code. The car wash overhead doors must <br />close automatically prior to each wash to reduce washer and dryer noise. Trash must be <br />stored within an enclosed area and be screened from view. <br /> <br />7. Parking lot lighting must meet the requirements of Section 1010.12 of the City Code. <br /> <br />8. No additional equipment, service station signs or furniture shall be placed closer than 30 <br />feet to the County Road B and Dale Street frontages (i.e. vacuums, phones, l.p. tanks, <br />wood piles, outdoor sales, etc.). <br /> <br />9. This conditional use permit expires 6 months after approval if a building permit has not <br />been issued (Section 1013.03). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />3 <br />
