<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 25th day of September 2000, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9815 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES FROM SECTION 1005.09C, SECTION <br />1005.01D6B, AND SECTION 1005.09E OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2151 DALE STREET (PF3253) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1005.09C stipulates: Parking and Service Areas and Curbs: No <br />parking or service area shall be less than five feet (5') from a property line and a box curb shall <br />separate the public sidewalk from such parking and/or service areas except at approved entrances <br />and exits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal calls for the construction of a 12 foot drive lane two feet from <br />the west side yard property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1005.1D6B stipulates: There shall be no off-street parking within <br />fifteen feet (15') of any street right of way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the pre-existing parking lot lies 7 feet from the eastern roadway easement <br />provided along Dale Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1005.09E stipulates: Driveways: No driveway at a property line <br />shall be less than fifty feet (50') from the intersection of two (2) street right-of-way lines. (Ord. <br />309, 12-13-60; amd. Ord. 1085, 1-14-85); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the pre-existing driveway access along County Road B and closest to Dale <br />Street lies 40 feet from the intersecting right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ted Brausen and Croix Oil proposes to construct a 40 foot by 50 foot (2000 <br />square foot) car wash addition and minor site improvements to the existing gas station at 2151 <br />Dale Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the site is zoned "B-3", General Business District, has a Comprehensive <br /> <br />1 <br />
