In l 99, officers from the Pennsylvania Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement filed five <br />separate crini al complaints against David Trove. h-i these complaints, David Tr one was charged <br />with transporiadon of malt or brewed beverages without a transporter for hire license; r ivOng <br />allowances on rebates; cri��nal solicitation; and r ninal comspiracy. David Trone was <br />um on d to appear before a Disttict Ju Lice in Allcghcny County, Commonwealth of <br />Pennsylvania. David Tr one was placed under arrest and executed appearance bonds. In 1990, all <br />five of-the cru'ninal complaints against David Trone were disnu' and the xccvrd s relatkig to <br />them were expunud by the Allegheny County Comet of Cori mon Pleas. Therefore, the <br />charges did not result in coc.on. <br />In 1992, are information was filed against David Trone in the Court of Common Pleas <br />County of Dauphin, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. David Tr one was charged with niae cowit <br />of tampering with public records, pursuant to 18 Pa. C.S. § 4911 (a)(2); four counts of criminal <br />solicitation, p -suant to 18 Pa. C.S. § § 902 & 4911 1 ; t%jo counts of pe w, pursuant to <br />Pa. C.S. § 4902; oritaw, counit of erirninal conspiracy, pursuant to Pa. C.S. § § 903, 4107(a)(4), 49111 <br />101 & 5 111 (a)(1); one count of dealing in }proceeds of unlawful activity, pu sil t to 18 Pa. C. S. <br />111 (a)(1); one count of deceptive business practices, pursuant to Pa. CS. § 4107 (a)(4); one <br />count of obstructing administrate u of law, pursuant to 18 lea. C.S. § 5101 and 47 P,S. - <br />f)& and foui counts of co pt organisations, pursuant to 18 Pa. C. S. § (b)(1)(2)(3)(4). <br />1 <br />David Trove was n d into court on those charges, arrested, and executed an appearance <br />bond. On July 21, 1994 and September 1, 1994, all the charges pending against David Trove <br />%were dismissed, Further, on June 25, 1997, all the records in the criminal case against him were <br />CXP through court order. Therefore, these charges did not result in conviction. <br />
