He had concerns with trying to fit the event in before the holidays. He <br />187 also reported the Roseville School District was holding a discussion on Communities for a <br />188 Lifetime on October 24th and November 16th. He did not want to see the HRC's event compete <br />189 with this discussion. <br />190 <br />191 Ms. Lohman anticipated that the event could be planned in four to six weeks. She recommended <br />192 the Commission publicize their event at the school district's discussion. <br />193 <br />194 Chair Grefenberg questioned if interpreters should be scheduled for the event. <br />195 <br />196 Ms. Lohman stated she has found that family members were able to speak for one another. <br />197 <br />198 Chair Grefenberg summarized that it would be important to have a large number of Commission <br />199 members present at the ' Conversation to assist with taking notes in the small groups. <br />200 He recommended the Commission authorize the Program Planning Committee to decide on a <br />201 time and place for the immigrant Community Conversation. <br />202 <br />203 Vice Chair Brisbois suggested the Community Conversation take the place of the November <br />204 meeting. The second meeting, he <br />224 indicated, had also involved Roseville officials Pat Trudaeon and Jeanne Kelsey, the Director of <br />225 the Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Agency. <br />226 <br />
